Step 3: Update the Built-In Keyboard Driver

Right-click the driver for the built-in keyboard. Choose “Update”. Click on “Search automatically for updated driver software”. Continue the process until your driver is updated.

 

Method 5: Optimize the System

To optimize the system on your Dell laptop, you will need to follow several steps.

Step 1: Do a System Scan

Click on the Start Menu icon. Press Shut Down. Turn the laptop back on. Tap the F12 key at startup. If the Boot Menu opens, that means it’s not a mechanical problem.
